There are number of health reasons as to why we workout. Most individuals workout to get stronger, toned, and reduce body fat. However, there is more to fitness than what meets the eyes.
You don’t only workout to physically look good although that will come along as you keep working on yourself. In my eyes, to become fit is more than getting physically fit. You improve your functionality, vitality, health, wellbeing and longevity. Fitness in the end, it becomes an outlet to something much bigger for life. 
When you care about how you feel, everything will come to alignment as you learn how to move your body.
