My yoga journey  

I began my journey in yoga long ago after my completion of Ayurveda, a sister science to yoga. Yoga has changed my perspective on life. I realized these series of movements wrap a deeper content and knowledge within it and is able to open you to forgiveness and a world of love, compassion and acceptance of self and others. It is a way to quiet the mind so we can listen to our inner world which everything will then come naturally with compassion and sensitivity. 
My mission is to create an open, beautiful experience for you to intimately shine the light of awareness, aligning with yourself as you release any stress points in the body and effortlessly flow as you carry those movements into your life.
